NSW: Police appeal after theft of cashews worth $100,000

One hundred thousand dollars worth of cashew nuts have been stolen from a south-west Sydney business.

Police say an alarm at the Forge Street, Blacktown business alerted them to the theft of 10 pallets of nuts around 5.30 (AEDT) yesterday morning.

It's estimated the nuts are worth 100-thousand dollars.

Police have appealed for witnesses.
